Products
Which TGST paddle should I choose?
ORIGIN is for beginners, STRIKE for improving players, VELOCITY for league and competitive rec play, and APEX for advanced and tournament players. Between the APEX models, the 16 mm core gives more control and the 14 mm core gives more pop.
Are TGST paddles your own brand?
Yes. All products named TGST (APEX, VELOCITY, STRIKE, ORIGIN and TOUR) are our own house brand. Items labelled TGST Select are curated from trusted partner suppliers.
Why are there illustrations instead of photos?
Product photography is being finalised. The illustrations show the design and colourway; specifications on each product page are accurate.
Orders & payment
How do I pay?
Choose PayNow, bank transfer or card at checkout. After you place your order we confirm stock and send payment details or a secure card link, usually within one business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Contact us on +65 9800 7188 or [email protected] with your order reference.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?
Yes, for clubs, schools, condos and companies. Send us the products and quantities through the Contact page.
Delivery & returns
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery in Singapore is S$8, free on orders of S$150 or more. Express next-business-day delivery is S$18.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Express orders confirmed by 12 pm arrive the next business day.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Contact us if you need an overseas quote.
