Delivery options

Delivery times start once payment is confirmed and exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays.
Where we deliver
We deliver to residential and business addresses across Singapore, including HDB, condominium and landed properties. Some restricted areas (for example, Sentosa and certain offshore or military locations) may need extra time. We do not currently ship overseas; please contact us for an overseas quote.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched we send your tracking details by email or SMS. Quote your order reference (it starts with “TGST-”) when contacting us about delivery.
Receiving your order
- Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, take photos before opening.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected] or +65 9800 7188.
- If a delivery fails because nobody is available or the address is incomplete, a re-delivery fee may apply.
